Today, we head to Fes. First, visit the ancient Roman ruins at Volubilis, known for its well-preserved mosaics. Continue to Meknes and explore key historical sites such as Bab el-Mansour and Moulay Ismail Tombs. After lunch in Meknes, drive to Fes. Check into your accommodation in the medina and enjoy an evening at leisure. Overnight in Fes.

Explore the historic city of Fes with a local guide. Wander through the narrow streets of the medina, visit the Royal Palace gate, the tanneries, and the famous Al Karaouine University. Discover the colorful souks and traditional crafts. Lunch in a local restaurant in the heart of the medina. Return to your hotel for the night.

Depart Fes early in the morning and travel across the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco,” and continue through the picturesque forests and Berber villages. Have lunch in Midelt, known for its apples. Continue through Ziz Valley and Erfoud before reaching Merzouga. Arrive in the afternoon and check into a hotel near the dunes. Enjoy an evening camel ride to watch the sunset and dinner at a desert camp. Overnight in Merzouga Desert Camp.

After a delicious breakfast, explore the Merzouga area. Visit the village of Khamlia to experience Gnawa music and culture. Explore the surrounding oases and Berber nomad lands. After lunch, enjoy another camel ride in the desert. Return to your camp to relax and watch the stars. Overnight in Merzouga Desert Camp.

Wake up early for amazing sunrise over the sand dunes of Merzouga. After breakfast, visit the Rissani Souk and continue to Todgha Gorges, where you can walk along the river and admire the canyon walls. Drive to the Dades Valley, known for its stunning rock formations and “monkey toes.” Check into a traditional guest house for the night.

Travel through the Dades Valley to Ouarzazate. Visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its appearances in numerous films. Enjoy lunch in the Kasbah before continuing across the Tizi n’Tichka pass in the Atlas Mountains. Arrive in Marrakech by late afternoon and check into your Riad. Overnight in Marrakech.

After breakfast, drive to Essaouira, a coastal city with rich history and stunning architecture. Explore the medina, visit the ancient ramparts, and enjoy the seaside atmosphere. In the afternoon, return to Marrakech and spend the night at your Riad.

Spend the day exploring Marrakech with a local guide. Visit key attractions including the Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, El Bahia Palace, and the bustling Djemaa el Fna square. After lunch, visit the Majorelle Garden. Return to your Riad for the night.

Depart Marrakech and head to Casablanca. Explore famous the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world. Continue to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where you will explore sites such as the Royal Palace and the Oudaias Kasbah. Overnight stay in Rabat.

After breakfast, drive to Asilah, a coastal town known for its charming whitewashed medina and vibrant art scene. Explore the town before continuing to Tangier.
